In August 2022, the Department of Mathematics Education of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (Depdikmat UPI) successfully organized community service activities (PPM) in Padalarang, West Java. This activity is a form of cooperation between the UPI Mathematics Education Department and SMP MGMP Sub Rayon 02 West Bandung Regency.
With the theme: “Strengthening the competence of junior high school mathematics teachers MGMP Sub Rayon 02 West Bandung Regency in designing innovative learning through the model of
in-on-in blended learning model
model,” the PPM event was held in four stages.

The first stage, Saturday, August 20, 2022, an online seminar was held through ZOOM Meeting. The speakers at the Seminar were lecturers from the Department of Mathematics Education, including: Prof. Dr. H. Darhim, M.Si. & Prof. H. Yaya S. Kusumah, M.Sc., Ph.D. & Prof. Dr. H. Didi Suryadi, M.Ed. The result of the activity was the establishment of rlearning innovation development workshop.

The second stage, the activities were carried out offline on Saturday, August 27, 2022, a workshop was held at SMPN 2 Padalarang. The event started at 08.00 WIB and finished at 16.00 WIB. The event was attended by all lecturers from the UPI Mathematics Education Department and the participants, namely junior high school teachers from MGPMP Sub Rayon 02 Bandung Baret Regency. The workshop was divided into several sessions. The first session, a seminar onstrengthening teacher competence in innovative learning Prof. Dr. H. Didi Suryadi, M.Ed at SMPN 2 Padalarang hall. The second session was followed by participant workshops in each classroom of SMPN 2 Padalarang with presentations from lecturers of the UPI Mathematics Education Department. The following is a list of workshops held by each group:

- Group B Workshop: Development of learning tools for Two-Variable Equation System (Imam Albania, S.Si., M.Pd. Ph.D., Dr. Jarnawi Afgani Dahlan, M.Kes., H. Firdaus, M.Pd., H. Asep Syarif Hidayat, M.Si., Dr. H. Endang Cahya M.A., M.Si., Dr. H. Sumanang Muhtar G., M.S).
- Group C Workshop: Development of learning tools for Integers (Hj. Rini Marwati, M.S., Dr. H. Cece Kustiawan, M.Si., Fitriani Agustina, S.Si., M.Si., Tia Purniati, S.Pd., M.Pd., Ririn Sispiyati, S.Si., M.Si., Hj. Entit Puspita, S.Pd., M.Si.).
- Group D Workshop: Development of Junior High School OSN Training (Dr. Siti Fatimah, S.Pd., M.Si.,

Endang Dedy, M.Si.). - Group E Workshop: Integration of Mathematical Literacy in Mathematics Learning (Suhendra, M.Ed., Ph.D., Dr. Elah Nurlelah, M.Si., Dr. Dadan Dasari, M.Si., Dr. Hj. Aan Hasanah, M.Pd.)
- Group F Workshop: Use of ICT in Mathematics Learning (Dr. Eyus Sudihartinih, M.Pd., Hj. Dewi Rachmatin, S.Si., M.Si., Utari Wijayanti, S.Kom., M.Si., Dr. Dian Usdiyana, M.Si.)
Furthermore, in stage three, an Implementation of Workshop Results was held with the participants. This implementation was held on August 27 – September 14, 2022, in Padalarang according to the agreement of workshop participants with lecturers of the UPI Mathematics Education Department. Finally, an Evaluation and Reflection of Implementation Results event was held on September 15-17, 2022 online through the ZOOM Meeting.
