Sunday, September 1, 2013 the large family of Mathematics Education Department (Jurdikmat) FPMIPA UPI held a major silaturrahmi event held in Alam Wisata Cimahi (AWC). The event was attended by active teaching staff, retired teaching staff and academic community and their respective families. This event is the annual agenda of FPMIPA UPI Jurdikmat in order to strengthen the silaturrahmi in line with the eid al-Fitr moment.
The event began with a speech from Prof. Dr. Utari Soemarmo and chairman of the Department of Mathematics Education FPMIPA UPI, Drs. Turmudi M.Ed., M.Sc., Ph.D, continued with Taushiyah, Salam – salaman, race and meal together. The race consists of a race to put nails in a bottle and a fish-catching competition. The competition is attended by children from active teaching staff, retired teaching staff and academic community.
