Sunday, November 11, 2012, UPI’s Himatika ‘Identika’ Student Executive Board organized Math Games which is a Mathematics competition attended by elementary school students and equivalents in Bandung Raya and Cimahi.
This year’s Math Games were attended by 32 squads from each school. Each school is allowed to send a maximum of 2 squads. Each squad consists of 5 children. Each team gets a guide who is a student of the Department of Mathematics Education.
During the race, each team is required to visit 6 types of posts and each post is required to participate in the game provided. This type of race is packed in the form of a game so that the students do not feel bored during the race.
The announcement of the winner of the Math Games will be held on November 25, 2012 in the closing ceremony of Gema Mahasiswa Matematika 2012.
